A few weeks ago, the government announced that it was easing travel restrictions for students attending Designated Learning Institutes (DLI’s). This week, the government of Canada released the list of Designated Learning Institutes (DLI’s) in Canada. If you are an international student and you have a study permit or have been approved for a study permit, and you are attending a Designated Learning Institution with an approved COVID-19 readiness plan, you should be able to enter Canada.
