This week, the government of Canada released the list of Designated Learning Institutes (DLI’s) in Canada. If you are an international student and you have a study permit or have been approved for a study permit, and you are attending a Designated Learning Institution with an approved COVID-19 readiness plan, you should be able to enter Canada.
